Enrollment Request Process 

If you are interested in having your child attend MSMS, please email MSMSwaitlist@mtsoprismontessori.org for an application.

MSMS currently has a waiting pool. You may submit a waiting pool application. The office will determine if/when there is space available for your child, which class he/she will be able to join and when a start date can be set.

Once enrolled, you will need to do the following:

      * Complete the required online enrollment information once notified by 
         MSMS that you've been registered
       * Submit immunization records 
       * Submit General Health Appraisal Form (signed by your child's doctor) 
      * Provide payment: Enrollment and tuition fees
      * Your child's teacher will contact you to come for visit/orientation
