Enrollment Request Process 

If you are interested in having your child attend MSMS, please email waitlist@mtsoprismontessori.com for an application.

MSMS currently has limited openings for the summer year, depending on age. Additional Pre-K openings may be available during the 2027 summer session. While this is generally a continuation of the regular school year, interested families are welcome to discuss options with us. Openings are based on the child's age and days needed. Please email the above email address for more information on enrollment. Thank you for your patience with responses as we focus to get the current school year underway.

Once enrolled, you will need to do the following:

      * Complete the required online enrollment information once notified by 
         MSMS that you've been registered
      * Submit immunization records 
      * Submit General Health Appraisal Form (signed by your child's doctor) 
      * Provide payment: Enrollment and tuition fees
      * Your child's teacher will contact you to come for visit/orientation
